Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cargoclear (the “Service”), operated by HAZARDOUS GOODS MANAGEMENT LIMITED. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

The Service is online software that generates AI-assisted reference drafts of dangerous-goods documentation and training material. It is a drafting aid. It is not an official filing system, a classification authority, or a provider of legal or safety advice, and it never handles physical dangerous goods. The AI Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian or employer. The Service is intended for professional use in a logistics, warehousing or compliance context.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@hazardgoodds.shop if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must use the Service in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not submit outputs as official filings or compliance labels without DGSA review, use the Service to conceal or misdeclare dangerous goods, or upload restricted information you are not authorised to process.

The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid monthly or annual subscriptions in USD. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and exclude any taxes your jurisdiction applies.

Each plan carries an allowance that resets at the start of each billing period and does not carry over. The Service is subscription only; there are no credit packs or stored balances. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card details. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You retain ownership of the information you enter and the outputs generated for you, as set out in the Content License, which forms part of these terms. You grant us the limited licence described there so we can operate the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Outputs are reference drafts requiring review by a qualified DGSA. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any action taken on an unreviewed draft.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where our liability is not otherwise excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
