Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how Cargoclear may and may not be used. It protects users, the public and HAZARDOUS GOODS MANAGEMENT LIMITED. It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service.

Cargoclear outputs are reference drafts. You must not treat them as finished compliance work. Specifically, you must not:

• submit an output as an official filing, declaration or manifest without review and approval by a qualified DGSA or competent person;
• apply a label or placard sketch to a package or vehicle as a compliance label;
• rely on a candidate UN number, class or packing group as a settled classification.

You must not use the Service to:

• conceal, misdeclare or misclassify dangerous goods, or to evade dangerous-goods transport rules;
• prepare documentation for a consignment you know to be unlawful;
• upload classified, export-controlled or otherwise restricted information that you are not authorised to process;
• submit personal data about others without a lawful basis;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing classification or filing service;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter. The quality of a draft depends on the quality of the description and the supplier safety data sheet behind it. Do not enter deliberately false information to obtain a particular output.

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access where the Service is misused. Serious misuse, including attempts to misdeclare dangerous goods, may be reported to the relevant authorities. Report misuse to support@hazardgoodds.shop.
