You keep all rights in the shipment descriptions, item details and safety-data-sheet information you enter. We do not claim ownership of your input.

To operate the Service, you grant HAZARDOUS GOODS MANAGEMENT LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your input for the purpose of generating your requested output, storing it against your account so you can retrieve it, and keeping secure backups. This licence exists only to run the Service and ends when the relevant data is deleted.

We do not use your input or generated output to train any AI model, and we do not sell them. Where an AI provider is configured, the relevant text is sent only to generate reviewer notes for your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you own the document drafts, diagrams and storyboards generated for you and may use, edit and share them within your organisation and with your DGSA and carriers. Because they are reference drafts, they must be reviewed by a qualified DGSA before operational use.

The Service itself, including the interface, the Cargoclear name, the diagram templates and the underlying software, remains the property of HAZARDOUS GOODS MANAGEMENT LIMITED. You may not copy or redistribute these materials except as part of an output generated for you.

Your input and output are retained while your account is active and are deleted in line with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy after a deletion request or account closure. Short-lived caches used to render the Service are cleared automatically. For any question, contact support@hazardgoodds.shop.
