These outputs are drafting aids. They are not official compliance documents, not regulatory filings, and not legal or safety advice.

Every output must be reviewed by a qualified dangerous goods safety adviser (DGSA) or competent person before use, against the version of the applicable regulations in force in the relevant jurisdictions and for the transport modes involved, including as applicable:

• ADR for carriage by road;
• IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the ICAO Technical Instructions for carriage by air;
• the IMDG Code for carriage by sea;
• RID for carriage by rail.

Classification, UN numbers, proper shipping names, packing groups, packaging, marking and labelling are settled against the official regulatory texts, not against any Cargoclear output.

Where the engine shows a UN number, class or packing group, it is a candidate derived from the commodity family identified in your description, printed with the determination left open. It is a starting point for a draft and must be confirmed from section 14 of the supplier safety data sheet and the current regulatory text. Nothing in an output should be treated as a settled classification.

All diagrams, including label and placard sketches, are illustrative planning geometry. They are not printable compliance labels or placards and must never be applied to a package or vehicle. Compliant labels and marks have dimension, colour, durability and symbol requirements that must be met using suitable materials from an appropriate supplier.

Cargoclear is software. HAZARDOUS GOODS MANAGEMENT LIMITED does not handle, transport, store, pack or test physical dangerous goods through this service, does not perform classification testing, and does not replace an operator or carrier acceptance check or any official filing system.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you enter, and for ensuring that any consignment is classified, packed, marked, documented and carried in accordance with the applicable regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAZARDOUS GOODS MANAGEMENT LIMITED is not liable for any transport, handling, regulatory or other action taken on the basis of a Cargoclear draft that has not been reviewed and approved by a qualified DGSA or competent person.
